JUST TO THINK.............
• WHEN IT COMES TO WINNING, YOU NEED THE SKILL AND THE WILL.
• LAUGHTER IS THE SHORTEST DISTANCE BETWEEN TWO PEOPLE.
• EVEN YOU’RE ON THE RIGHT TRACK, YOU’LL GET RUN OVER IF YOU JUST SIT THERE.
Happiness is a way of living, not something that happens to you.
A positive attitude could allow you to live a healthier, longer life while leading you to be more successful at every thing that you do.
THEY SAID........................
• It doesn’t matter how beautiful your theory is, it doesn’t matter how smart you are, if it doesn’t agree with experiment, it’s wrong. – Richard Feyman
• A scientist is happy, not in resting on his attainments but in the steady acquisition of fresh knowledge. – Max Plank
• Nothing in this world is to be feared, only understood – Marie Curie
• The more we know things, the more we know of God – Baruch Spinoza
• If you can give your son or daughter only gift, let it be enthusiasm – Bruce Burton
• From what we get we can make a living; what we give, however, makes a life – Arthur Ashe

BIOINFORMATICS
Bioinformatics is a field which uses computers to store and analyze molecular biological information.
Using this information in a digital format, bioinformatics can then solve problems of molecular biology, predict structures, and even simulate macromolecules. In a more general sense, bioinformatics may be used to describe any use of computers for the purposes of biology, but the molecular-biology specific definition is by far the most common.
THE BENEFITS OF BEING FIT
Being able to deal with and handle the daily stresses of life is a benefit afforded to the fit person. Making sure we take the time to accommodate our needs for stress relief, such as downtime, therapy time, massage time, or simply take the time for a nice, hot bath. The body tends to retain stress in the muscles of the shoulder and back. Taking the time to relax, do relaxation exercises, and combine this with physical exercise for the entire body benefits the fit and unfit. The added exertion of physical exercise is often the catalyst our bodies needed to boost weight loss into high gear. For the individual trying to loose weight, the benefits of being fit far exceed an infringement on personal time, or detraction from television time that occurs. Not only is it good for your body, when you’re trying to cut back, it gives you some thing constructive to do with your time. Exercise also decreases our hunger pangs, increases our fluid intake, and helps our blood to circulate much better.
The peace of mind that comes from knowing your body is in top shape, ready to deal whatever comes along, is a priceless possession. To be able to ascertain that you’ve spent your day wisely, and invested in yourself is a real accomplishment. The benefit seen from adding just 20 minutes of exercise to your daily routine are unbelievable. I can attest to the tremendous increase in energy, as a participant in walking for exercise. I lost a total of 74 lbs. in one year, by simply adding walking to my routine. I had been dieting for almost two months, with very little in the way of results.
Walking was suggested by my physician, and I’ve never been so impressed. My energy levels were three times what they were prior to beginning the exercise program. Increased energy levels are one of the greatest benefits of a fit body. Raised self-esteem and confidence in your appearance are also benefits to keeping a fit body. A fit and healthy individual shines in how they look, how they treat others, and the pleasure they take in going about their daily activities.

JUST TO LAUGH............
Catching sight of a car without a driver as it starts to roll out of the car park, a woman tears open the door, jumps in and puts on the hand brake. When she gets out she sees that a man is standing beside the car.
She calls out by way of explanation, “I put on the hand brake because the car was moving”.
“I know I was pushing it “.
LAPRAROSCOPIC SURGERY
Laparoscopic surgery, also called keyhole surgery (when natural body openings are not used), band aid surgery, or minimally invasive surgery (MIS), is a surgical technique. Medically, laparoscopic surgery refers only to operations within the abdomen or pelvic cavity. Laparoscopic surgery belongs to the field of endoscopy. Only tiny incisions are made for the insertion of an instrument called a laparoscope that transmits images to a video monitor, which the surgeon in turn uses to perform surgery with small instruments that pass through the incisions.
CREATING POWER
Most people don't control their mind, they don't instruct their subconscious mind because they don't control their thoughts. Most people are not even aware of the thoughts they have everyday, and they don't choose their beliefs. Instead their minds are constantly sending the wrong messages or wrong instructions to their subconscious mind. And that's how they end up creating the life that they don't want. Just about everyone wants to be successful and happy - but few have thoughts and beliefs that reflect success and happiness. Few people ever choose their thoughts - accepting whatever thoughts it conjures up and then they begin to believe these thoughts - thus they don't choose their beliefs - they merely accept what their minds and what other people tell them. I've spoken to people who try to do everything they can to be successful and happy - but when I analyze their thoughts I find that what they think is the exact opposite of what they want to achieve. Sure they want to be successful - but they really don't have any thoughts or beliefs that suggest they can be successful. Whatever you want to achieve you can - if you have a belief system that corresponds to your goals. If you want to make more money you have to have a belief system that says you believe you can make more money. If you want to meet the right person you have to believe that you can meet the right person. If you want to succeed at something - you have to believe that you can succeed at it. So how do you create beliefs that correspond with what you want to accomplish? First think about what you want to achieve. Then ask yourself if you really believe that you can accomplish that particular goal. If you don't believe you can - there's work to do and you're going to have to change your belief system to reflect what you want to achieve. To change your belief system you have to analyze your thoughts - list all the thoughts and beliefs that you have about achieving that goal. For example: if you want to make more money - list why you don't think you can make more money. Now change those thoughts to correspond with what you want. You have to then work with these thoughts everyday. If you want to achieve success and happiness then you have to create thoughts and beliefs that will allow you to achieve those goals. Begin changing your thoughts. Begin creating beliefs that work for you. Eliminate the negative thoughts and beliefs. Start creating the life you want today.

MEMO FROM NARA
While I started writing the memo on the morning of 27 May ’06, I heard the horrifying news of the earthquake in Indonesia. The number of people killed were 3,500 and injured were more than 1,000. Unimaginable natural calamity! Such disasters are frequently occurring nowadays. Scientists give their explanation, United Nation does its work, aid workers dig out debris to pull out live and dead bodies and try to treat or bury them. Among the affected there must be young and old, women and men and children. What a pity! Innocent human beings died like insects.
The magnitude of the quake was 6.2 in the Richter scale; epicentered in Yogyakarta of Java island. Early morning at 05.54 the quake woke up the people and killed / injured them. What a terrible thing! All the shelters – home, hotel, hospital, schools and colleges, shops, office buildings – of the people were shattered and brought down by the cruel quake. Those injured need medical assistance and those who are homeless have to be sheltered. What a human suffering! It becomes the responsibility of the Indonesian Government to coordinate such a huge rescue operations with the help of international community. Even people who live in peace are not safe. I am sad as you are.
